Right of withdrawal - Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
In accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return the item to RENIA.STORE for exchange or refund in its original condition, without penalty except for the return costs, which are always borne by the customer. Beyond these deadlines, no items will be accepted for return, exchange, or refund. After a fourteen-day withdrawal period, if the item is not returned in its original condition with its packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a minimum of 20% of the price of the item for storage and packaging fees. Warranty

Payment and delivery
